Multigenerational family in conversation on a senior living terrace

About

The decision layer senior living has been missing.

Global Senior Living exists because the hardest housing decision most families ever make is still made from brochures, phone calls, and incomparable prices. GSL is building the marketplace where that decision can be made on evidence.

Mission

Help every family find the right place for the next chapter.

GSL connects verified senior-living providers with older adults, families, referral professionals, and international relocation coordinators — in one marketplace where lifestyle, care, housing, cost, and timing can finally be compared side by side.

Vision

One trusted standard for senior living, worldwide.

A family in Vancouver, a daughter in Dubai, and a returning retiree in Cebu should all be able to evaluate a community by the same disclosures — pricing, verification, capability, and response — regardless of which market it sits in.

Values

Six commitments we can be held to.

Disclosure before persuasion

If a fact would change a family's decision, it belongs in the listing — not in a later conversation.

Dated evidence over adjectives

Every trust statement carries a date and a scope. Language like 'best' or 'guaranteed' has no place in housing and care decisions.

Respect for the resident

The senior is the decision-maker until a documented authority says otherwise. Dignity is a design requirement, not a tagline.

Providers as partners

Operators carry the licensing, staffing, and clinical responsibility. The marketplace supports them rather than speaking over them.

Global, not generic

Language, faith, cuisine, family structure, and immigration reality differ by market, and the product must reflect that.

Clear limits

Where a licensed professional is required, GSL refers rather than improvises.

Grace Young

Founder & Chairwoman

Grace Young serves as Founder and Chairwoman of Global Senior Living, acting as the platform's strategic steward. In that capacity she sets the marketplace's direction, its disclosure standards, and its position within the RED International ecosystem.

Operational delivery — including care, clinical, legal, immigration, and real-estate execution — remains with the licensed providers and qualified professionals engaged in each market.

No biography details, credentials, awards, clinical licensure, regulatory authority, partnerships, or performance statistics are asserted here. Additional leadership information will be published only when it has been provided and verified.

RED International ecosystem

Where GSL sits in the wider group.

Global Senior Living is the marketplace layer of a broader senior-living and real-estate ecosystem. Each capability below informs standards; none of it substitutes for a licensed professional.

Real estate development

Senior housing planning, repositioning, and development discipline inform how GSL evaluates listing quality.

Senior-living operations

Operating experience shapes realistic response standards, staffing disclosure, and service expectations.

Healthcare coordination

Care pathways are supported by appropriate licensed or qualified operating partners in each market.

Hospitality and wellness

Service design standards from hospitality are applied to residential senior living.

Relocation and staffing

Cross-border coordination and workforce development capability support provider growth.

International partnerships

Market entry is pursued with local partners who hold the relevant local standing and licences.

Operating principles

Rules we will not trade away for growth.

  • No listing publishes without documented identity and a reconciled pricing schedule.
  • No badge displays without an evidence date and an expiry date.
  • No review publishes without a verified interaction behind it.
  • No clinical, legal, immigration, or financial advice is offered by GSL staff.
  • No claim of certification, accreditation, licensure, or endorsement is made unless it has been issued and can be shown.
  • No sample or illustrative content appears without being labelled as such.
