Accessibility Statement

A practical accessibility commitment without making an unverified conformance claim.

Effective date
August 30, 2026
Status
Draft version 0.9

Global Senior Living Marketplace is committed to an inclusive digital experience for older adults, people with disabilities, family members, caregivers, providers and partners. We are designing and improving the Platform with the goal of meeting Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and applicable accessibility laws.

  • Keyboard-operable navigation, forms, dialogs, preference controls and booking workflows.
  • Visible focus indicators, logical heading structure, landmarks and descriptive page titles.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images and labels for controls, errors and required fields.
  • Sufficient color contrast, scalable text, responsive reflow and reduced reliance on color alone.
  • Captions or transcripts for meaningful prerecorded media and controls for animation or motion.
  • Clear language, consistent navigation, accessible authentication and error-prevention support.
  • Accessible privacy, cookie, payment, tour, messaging and provider-onboarding experiences.

The Platform is intended to work with current versions of major browsers, operating-system accessibility features and commonly used assistive technologies. Older browsers, unsupported devices or third-party embedded content may provide a reduced experience.

Provider-supplied documents, images, floor plans, videos, maps and third-party widgets may not always meet the Platform’s target. We require providers to supply accessible alternatives where feasible and prioritize remediation based on user impact. Confirmed limitations identified by accessibility audits are listed here as audits complete.

If you encounter a barrier or need information in another format, contact the accessibility channel published at launch (or use the contact page) and include the page or feature, the barrier encountered, the assistive technology or browser used if you wish, and your preferred response method. Do not include medical records or unnecessary sensitive information.

Proposed service level: acknowledge accessibility feedback within two business days and provide a status or reasonable alternative within ten business days, subject to complexity.

Accessibility is included in design review, content standards, procurement, provider onboarding, quality assurance, employee training and release testing. This Statement will be updated as audits, technology and standards evolve.
